24 hour self check in
Since June 2016, a self-check-in machine has been available at the hotel entrance.

You are standing in front of our closed hotel entrance door or are still looking for a hotel room at 2 a.m.! No problem…here’s the solution:
- Our self-check-in machine is in front of the entrance door
- choose your language
- Choose the option with or without a reservation
- If you have previously made a reservation with us, enter your full surname.
- Your booking will be displayed immediately, resp. If you make a new booking, the rooms that are still available will be listed.
- If everything is ok, pay for your room directly with one of the major credit cards and Postcard or with Maestro (EC-direct) or Twint. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, please let us know before you arrive, if possible.
- Your invoice receipt and your key card will be issued automatically. The key card takes you to the hotel and you can immediately enter your hotel room.
